Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Northwood’s Okta environment end-to-end, including tenant configuration, application integrations, lifecycle management, MFA enforcement, and directory synchronization.
  • •Design and maintain SSO architecture and adaptive authentication policies, including step-up MFA and risk-based access controls.
  • •Implement and maintain RBAC and access governance, including role taxonomies, entitlement review workflows, access certification campaigns, and segregation of duties controls.
  • •Architect and manage an MDM solution across macOS, Windows, Linux, and iOS/Android endpoints, including CIS/DISA STIG hardening and compliance/conditional access policies.
  • •Design privileged access and service account governance for administrative and break-glass access, coordinate secrets management, and support IAM compliance documentation for CMMC/FedRAMP/SOC 2/ITAR.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of Okta administration in production.
  • •Deep Okta expertise including SSO configuration, lifecycle management, MFA policy enforcement, adaptive authentication, Okta Workflows, and SIEM log integration.
  • •Strong knowledge of SSO protocols including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, with experience troubleshooting and hardening integrations.
  • •Experience designing and implementing RBAC frameworks, including role taxonomy development, entitlement reviews, and access certification processes.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident).
