Own end-to-end technology recruitment for Commercial, BU & Global Revenue roles across APAC—sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Build diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, social channels, and networks, and partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, selection/assessment best practices, and workforce-aligned team growth. Track and report recruiting data, champion employer branding, and support DEI and employee engagement, serving as an advisor on HR policies and local labor law compliance.
