Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve a Java data ingest service for enriched transfers generation and aggregations
  • •Design and tune PostgreSQL transaction batching, indexing, and replication strategies for high-throughput workloads
  • •Run PoCs, benchmark latency, and write ADRs while contributing to next-generation architecture delivery to production
  • •Build and maintain scalable AWS API services handling thousands of requests per second, and help automate network onboarding end-to-end
  • •Debug production issues across microservices, define SLOs, participate in on-call, and integrate LLM-based tools for automated incident triage and self-healing pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of PostgreSQL in production, including schema design, query optimization, partitioning, replication, and performance tuning for write-heavy, high-throughput workloads
  • •8+ years building Java Spring Boot services, including REST APIs, JDBC, connection pooling, and JVM performance profiling
  • •Experience building distributed systems on AWS with microservices, multi-silo deployments, and Terraform
  • •Experience with Kafka (or equivalent streaming systems), including consumer groups, offset management, and partition lag debugging
  • •Strong cross-system debugging skills to trace issues from observability signals to code paths and comfort with AI-assisted, agentic engineering practices
