Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement and subcontracting strategy for compressor, liquefaction, rotating equipment, and process-package scopes aligned to risk, engineering maturity, and schedule needs.
  • •Drive market engagement, supplier prequalification, and competitive tendering with OEMs and specialist subcontractors for complex process-industry applications.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define battery limits, technical requisitions, interfaces, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and contractual baselines.
  • •Run the tender lifecycle including supplier clarification, technical/commercial alignment, bid evaluation, negotiation strategy, exception handling, and award preparation.
  • •Manage post-award execution follow-up: supplier deliverables, expediting, inspection requirements, payment milestones, guarantees/claims, variation orders, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior procurement, subcontracting, or contract management background in complex EPC/capital projects (energy, industrial, process, oil and gas, CCUS, LNG, industrial gases, or comparable).
  • •More than 5 years managing high-value, technically complex procurement packages from sourcing strategy through award and execution follow-up.
  • •Strong experience with compressor packages, liquefaction systems, rotating equipment, refrigeration systems, process skids, or modular process units (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of engineering-procurement interfaces, including vendor data requirements, design maturity, technical deviations, package integration, document reviews, and change control.
  • •Relevant degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or law, plus strong English communication and comfort operating in an international project environment.
