Job Summary

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform as part of the ServiceNow practice. Support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, while building and maintaining client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the design, development, and configuration of applications on the ServiceNow platform.
