  • •Design signal-to-message workflows end to end, from enrichment (firmographic, technographic, intent, behavioral) through message generation and quality scoring.
  • •Own BRDs for assigned use cases and translate business intent into buildable specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical GTM, growth engineering, or applied AI role with hands-on building (not managing).
  • •Deep prompt engineering or NLP experience, including designing and shipping production prompts that generate customer-facing output.
  • •Experience with modern enrichment and orchestration tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • •Strong data fluency with SQL, APIs, and webhook-based integrations.
