Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the expert for global ENOVIA production support to ensure stable, reliable, and compliant platform operations.
  • •Provide expert user support for engineering change control, document control/distribution, and PLM business processes.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ENOVIA modules/centrals, including integrations with CAD and ERP systems.
  • •Own and manage high-to-critical severity incidents, prioritizing high-impact and urgent issues to minimize business disruption.
  • •Perform platform/application administration (patching, upgrades, backups/restores, monitoring, user/access administration, uptime and SLA performance) and support audits/compliance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent).
  • •7–10 years’ experience supporting PLM applications.
  • •Experience with at least one industry-standard PLM application (ENOVIA, Windchill, or Teamcenter).
  • •Knowledge of engineering processes and integration with CAD tools (ProE, CATIA, SolidWorks).
  • •Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and change-management process understanding.
