Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer the sick leave and reintegration process and manage your own portfolio.
  • •Take appropriate actions when progress stagnates and surface bottlenecks.
  • •Support the bedrijfsarts in medical reintegration and serve as first contact for employees.
  • •Provide input for reports and advise on verzuim processes, policy, and prevention.
  • •Conduct regular absence trainings and intervisions, and support projects, webinars, or seminars.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience with case management and broad knowledge of the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
  • •A relevant completed HBO degree (e.g., HRM, Psychology, or Law).
  • •Certificates: ROV, RCCM, RCM, or RSZ (as specified).
  • •Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • •Empathetic, result-driven, forward-thinking, persuasive, and solution-oriented with the ability to motivate others.
