Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the US engagement strategy for Defense Primes/OEM clients related to vertical construction and facilities delivery within AECOM’s Design practice.
  • •Own client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the portfolio of relevant secure facilities and program office space.
  • •Drive hands-on account execution to strengthen client partnerships and deliver consistent performance.
  • •Lead and operate across geographies and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with US DOW teams and global defense leaders.
  • •Ensure program delivery aligns to client needs for ICD 705-compliant secure facilities and other vertical construction deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •BA/BS plus 20 years of experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes/OEM clients.
  • •Proven experience working with Defense Primes/OEM clients and US DOD agencies on facilities and vertical construction programs (e.g., manufacturing/final assembly, hangars/MRO, training facilities, SCIF/SAPF).
  • •Demonstrated success leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery.
