Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while driving individual and store sales goals. Build client relationships through product expertise and styling, and increase revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Complete daily store operations, support inventory cycles, and maintain high standards of service and asset protection.
