Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in production for the tube and core division under the shift supervisor, using safe and quick methods.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and teams as needed.
  • •Think on your feet to troubleshoot problems and situations.
  • •Monitor, report, and support quality of manufactured product by making incremental process adjustments and spotting defects.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while performing all supervisor/manager-assigned duties and supporting quality and safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • •Previously held a Forklift Certification and safely operate a forklift.
  • •Working knowledge of products and their quality requirements, including reading and understanding manufacturing instructions.
  • •Reliable, quality-focused, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
