Key Responsibilities

  • •Grind and polish plane optics or ceramic components.
  • •Assemble and perform fine cleaning of components under gray room and/or cleanroom conditions.
  • •Join parts into assemblies using thermal bonding, anodic bonding, gluing, or flame bonding.
  • •Apply coatings on components using thin-film coating systems and perform lithographic processes such as laminating and exposure.
  • •Carry out quality control measurements (outside or inside the cleanroom), evaluate/document results on a PC, and clean and package components/tools/materials.
