Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for virtual meetings integrating video, scheduling, and AI-powered visual collaboration.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and design pilots to measure user sentiment and productivity gains.
  • •Build quantifiable business cases and align with executive leadership on what to scale enterprise-wide.
  • •Oversee end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy to ensure seamless adoption of AI features across the enterprise.
  • •Define success metrics for meeting health, tool engagement, and collaboration efficiency, while partnering with Risk, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure for secure, frictionless tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or Business/Marketing), OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience with product management for consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • •Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into product features that serve associate needs.
  • •Drive pilots and measure user sentiment and productivity gains for new AI capabilities.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, frictionless collaboration tools.
Experience:4+ years
Education:Bachelor's in Quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing
