Job Summary

Own complex, cross-functional project execution for Cisco’s Failure Analysis & Prevention team, supporting customer and product quality. •Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs; drive completion and mentor team members.
•Establish stakeholder partnerships, drive organizational change awareness and training contributions, and evaluate results to reengineer processes and improve productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of related project/program management experience, or a Master’s degree plus 7 years.
•Lead and manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
•Define program goals/“scores,” manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
•Provide training and lead by example to new team members.
