Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Configuration Management focal point for the A220 New Development Program.
  • •Manage the definition and evolution of the configuration baseline and lead target configuration and protection zone definition/control.
  • •Coordinate with DMU integration to ensure engineering changes are embedded in the DMU before target configuration.
  • •Lead interface activities between the new project change process and the legacy full change process, including screening and linking Change Requests between programs.
  • •Secure availability of configuration management deliverables and interface with the FCO process to define modification introduction scenarios.
