Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop Europe’s Business Planning & Operations partnership team by helping run partner operations across EMEA. You’ll assist with partner financial settlement (reconciliation, invoicing, payment tracking), help gather and shape Partner Center product requirements, and support onboarding and commercial discussions through materials, notes, and follow-ups. Contribute to short-term, data-driven projects that improve partner and merchant experience through process optimization and cross-team alignment.

•Support partner financial settlement, including reconciliation, invoice preparation, payment tracking, and exception handling.

•Support Product Managers with Partner Center requirements by collecting partner feedback and clarifying use cases.
•Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting commercial discussions through materials, meeting notes, term comparisons, and follow-ups on approvals and contract execution.
•Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above.
•Strong data and analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
•Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
