Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, calibration, and verification of hydraulic network models using InfoWorks ICM (or similar platforms).
  • •Act as technical lead or senior reviewer on major modelling projects, frameworks, and programmes.
  • •Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across multiple projects to ensure models, calculations, assumptions, and deliverables are robust and traceable.
  • •Guide strategic planning initiatives including storm overflow reduction, network resilience, growth assessment, flood risk, and pollution reduction.
  • •Mentor and develop modelling staff, and improve workflows, quality checklists, modelling standards, and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Hydrology, or related discipline.
  • •Master's degree or equivalent advanced technical training in hydraulics, water resources, environmental engineering, or related field.
  • •Extensive experience in hydraulic network modelling in consultancy, utility, or infrastructure environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in InfoWorks ICM and hydraulic modelling workflows, standards, and quality processes.
  • •Excellent English communication and stakeholder management, with ability to lead projects, provide technical direction, and mentor staff.
