Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate complex PAM and network access problems into clear, modular technical designs for the team to execute.
  • •Design, architect, and optimize resilient connector plugins for diverse database and network infrastructures using existing platform frameworks.
  • •Set standards for clean, secure, and performant backend development in Go; lead deep, constructive code reviews and mentoring.
  • •Partner globally with technical leads in Tel Aviv to review major architectural decisions and align on unified product strategy.
  • •Participate in global ongoing on-call and support rotations to ensure operational health of the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record as a technical leader or Principal/Staff level individual contributor.
  • •Significant experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM), including resource discovery, credential rotation, or agentless communication.
  • •Strong networking foundations, including experience with SSH, Telnet, SNMP, and router/switch configurations, or integrating with legacy and modern database infrastructures.
  • •Extensive experience building high-scale, secure backend services, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
  • •Strong hands-on Go expertise, plus solid understanding of AWS (IAM, SQS, Lambda) and Kubernetes for resilient agentless systems.
