Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Cost Management practice, setting vision, strategy, annual objectives, and ensuring excellence in cost management service delivery across major projects.
  • •Provide strong leadership to a cost management team, including staffing, workload balancing, succession planning, capability development, and performance management.
  • •Oversee client engagement and communications, develop thought leadership based on construction market research, and manage relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • •Drive business development through client engagement, market positioning, proposal development, and pursuit strategy; identify cross-selling opportunities and execute growth plans.
  • •Monitor practice performance (utilization, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and operational efficiency), manage financial tracking using internal software, and ensure quality compliance (including ISO audits and potential SOX controls).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •12+ years of relevant cost management, quantity surveying, or construction consulting experience.
  • •Experience leading a cost management practice, business unit, service line, or high-performing cost management team in a consulting environment.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing professionals at all levels.
  • •RICS certified (or equivalent accreditation) with strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
