Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate PiBnB bookings and scheduling, including communication with hosts before, during, and after bookings.
  • •Plan props and equipment needs for each location; ensure staging, transport, readiness, and handle missing/damaged/misplaced items.
  • •Coordinate vans and transportation for each deployment, including loading, unloading, and timing to the right locations.
  • •Coordinate movers and external service providers when needed, giving clear instructions and ensuring locations are set up and reset appropriately.
  • •Act as a central logistics point of contact across stakeholders and build repeatable workflows (checklists, trackers, templates) to improve scaling and reduce manual work.
