Serve as a trusted solution consultant, crafting tailored demos and presentations for both business and technical audiences. Coordinate technical responses to RFIs/RFPs, connect customer needs to product roadmap insights, and support smooth handoff to Customer Success for onboarding.

•Develop a deep understanding of martech domain needs to qualify prospect goals and requirements and articulate Insider One’s value.
•Engage prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during pre-sales.
•Create personalized demos and presentations for both business and technical audiences, pitching Insider One’s solution.
•Lead internal coordination for responding to technical parts of RFIs/RFPs.
•Share market insights with Product Management, and hand off new clients to Customer Success for onboarding.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or other positions requiring both technical and client-facing skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on capturing requirements/use cases and articulating business value.
•Proven track record selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments.
•Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, modern business applications, and integrations (APIs) for Web and App development frameworks.
•Ability to coordinate stakeholders with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems.
