Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, planning production for a full working shift.
•Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews against targets, and guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities.
•Support continuous improvement projects, implement and train process changes, develop reconditioning lead/manager talent, and ensure health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

•Must be open to relocation, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
