Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, planning production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews against targets, and guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects, implement and train process changes, develop reconditioning lead/manager talent, and ensure health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be open to relocation, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
