•Evaluate risk and likely sources of potential misstatement for significant processes related to CCAR testing.
•Maintain relationships with control owners, providing guidance and training on CCAR program requirements.
•Communicate with partners across all levels and present recommendations on operations and controls for the business unit.
•Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact, independently facilitating discussions to reach decisions.
•Ensure operations, services, and systems have proper controls in place and adhere to Northern Trust methodology and department standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,700 - 100,100 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of relevant experience and an in-depth functional/industry knowledge of financial controls or similar areas.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
•Excellent oral and written communication skills for communicating and presenting recommendations to partners at all levels.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
•Stay current on SOX/SOC/CCAR regulation and industry changes; CPA or Certified Internal Auditor is a plus.
