Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end program management across Business Applications and IT Infrastructure from discovery and prioritization through operationalization.
  • •Lead architecture-heavy platform and integration programs across CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems including RFCs and design reviews.
  • •Own vendor and third-party technical relationships: evaluations, pilot design, contract/renewal coordination, technical escalations, and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • •Program manage identity, access, and security initiatives spanning SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts, device trust, zero trust, and compliance tooling rollouts.
  • •Coordinate data and workflow infrastructure initiatives (ETL/reverse ETL, system migrations, source-of-truth modeling) and oversee OKR attainment/roadmap execution for Internal Tools Infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Technical Program Management within infrastructure, platform, enterprise systems, or IT organizations working across Engineering, Security, IT, Procurement, Data, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • •Technical fluency with authentication/identity patterns such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and service accounts, plus infrastructure concepts and infrastructure-as-code workflows (AWS, IAM, Terraform).
  • •Experience leading complex, integrated tooling stacks spanning CRM, telephony, automation, identity, and data systems, including APIs and ETL/reverse ETL with source-of-truth modeling.
  • •Proven vendor management across RFP/RFI, evaluations, pilots, renewals, and escalation management.
  • •Practical fluency in modern enterprise AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents, tools/skills, MCP/connectors, governance models, security controls, observability, and adoption tracking).
