•Own product for internal tooling used by manufacturing, delivery, and operations teams.
•Conduct discovery by spending time with users across the factory floor, site trailer, and ops bridge.

•Measure adoption honestly and kill features that don’t earn their keep.
•Collaborate with the Automation team to replace manual process with product through shipped software tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 236,000 annually

•Ability to do discovery by watching work happen rather than relying on surveys.
•Strong capability to write tight, decided, buildable specs for engineers.
•Track record of making data-informed decisions, including killing features that don’t earn their keep.
•Bonus experience in manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure, plus SQL fluency and AI product experience (and an engineering background).
