Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize weekly shipments; ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and stocked.
  • •Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching and accountability.
  • •Keep the stockroom organized and tidy, arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
  • •Assist with inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; previous store leadership roles are preferred.
