Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead efforts for a large block on a complex chip, mentor team members and track deliverables, participate in peer review of complex IC designs and provide solid design methodology from conception to production.
  • •Collaborate with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications are met.
  • •Develop high-speed AMS circuits and best-in-class products that push the boundaries of what is possible, with attention to detail and high energy to drive solutions.
  • •Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented approach, learning from colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and be open to suggestions from teammates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,000 - 230,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience in design, simulation, and measurement of high-speed ICs across SerDes/serial links, output drivers, PLLs, clock distribution, Opamps/PGAs, or equalization techniques.
