1st Shift TCDC Team Leader

Lead and develop team leaders on the production floor to ensure effective product flow. Oversee Lean-related activities including leading MDI board meetings, assign work schedules, and coordinate overtime. Ensure employee safety and adherence to EHS requirements while monitoring product and work quality. Troubleshoot simple machines/processes/products and communicate frequently across departments and supervisors to coach the team and drive continuous improvement.
