Job Summary

Lead the Central Operations team within the Field Service Organization Strategic Program Office, supporting site leaders and administrators to execute the organization’s strategy. Drive operational cadence and alignment through quarterly reporting, operational KPIs, and operational objective execution that achieve SPO goals. Manage headcount and partner with cross-functional teams on change management, project/program definition, documentation, compliance, and resource utilization across AMNA locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to the Central Operations team supporting the FSO Strategic Program Office and enabling cadence and alignment with site leaders and administrators.
•Co-develop quarterly operational reports that meet and exceed company expectations and ensure operational objectives are implemented to achieve SPO KPIs and productivity objectives.
•Manage headcount for Customer Engineers, Field Managers, and Site Operations Administrators to allocate appropriately against productivity and financial goals.
•Drive operational insights and solutions to overlooked issues using operational KPIs to improve gross margin, engineer utilization, and productivity.
•Define project/program objectives, ensure preliminary activities (outcomes, milestones, feasibility studies, resource planning) are completed, and oversee completion, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

•People management experience with field operational knowledge and understanding of the service business and key financial fundamentals preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to observe, provide clear direction, develop team members, and build trust.
•Strong project management skills to successfully lead multiple global projects and drive continuous process improvement.
•Uses analytics and data to drive effective business practices and decision-making.
•Solution-oriented approach to managing ambiguous and complex projects and programs; field service experience at Applied Materials preferred.
