Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and initiate physical verification features in the early design phase by building understanding of process technology and scribe design architecture.
  • •Architect and develop verification flows/methodologies and automation solutions for scribe-design-specific simulation and physical verification.
  • •Advance and maintain test cases for evaluating PDK updates in the IC design flow.
  • •Code and maintain scribe-design-specific DRC/LVS rule decks and resolve related issues with cross-functional teams.
  • •Implement automation scripts using Calibre SVRF/TVF, SKILL, Perl, Python, Bash, and C-shell.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s (or higher) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Relevant experience with IC design flow development and memory/mixed-signal design and layout, including front-end, back-end analog, and mixed-signal flows.
  • •Knowledge of spice simulators (e.g., HSPICE, Finesim) with hands-on experience in schematic entry, netlist extraction, and post-layout verification.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor electrical fundamentals and device physics.
  • •Experience automating IC design flows using SKILL, Perl, Python, Bash, and/or C-Shell coding.
