Job Summary

Responsable adjoint de boutique, you will support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, lead and motivate the sales team, manage stock and store procedures, ensure KPI performance, and represent the Pandora brand on the shop floor. You’ll drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and maintain a strong presence in-store to deliver an Exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support, supervise and motivate the store team to reach sales targets and maximize opportunities while exemplifying exceptional customer service.
•Manage retail operations: stock control, adherence to Pandora procedures, organize and rotate staff to optimize sales, monitor performance and security.
•Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
•Maintain a strong field presence to influence sales and foster a sales-driven environment.
•Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and brand standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,200 monthly

•Experience in managing a retail boutique.
•Experience in recruiting, onboarding and coaching a team, with performance evaluation and coaching.
•Understanding and management of a P&L and KPIs to drive growth of the store.
