Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, supervise and motivate the store team to reach sales targets and maximize opportunities while exemplifying exceptional customer service.
  • •Manage retail operations: stock control, adherence to Pandora procedures, organize and rotate staff to optimize sales, monitor performance and security.
  • •Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • •Maintain a strong field presence to influence sales and foster a sales-driven environment.
  • •Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
