Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists, setting a high bar for customer engagement, legal credibility, and product expertise. Coach team members through complex customer situations and create clear paths for growth and performance excellence.
•Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion by owning the team’s impact on outcomes and partnering with Customer Success and Account Executives to ensure coordinated strategies.
•Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding and enablement, ensuring high-quality workshops and trainings that integrate Harvey into customers’ workflows.
•Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts, directly engaging with strategic customers and senior legal stakeholders to unblock adoption challenges.
•Own team operations and performance management, including capacity planning, account allocation, and data-driven decision making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 315,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent legal qualification.
•5+ years practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent) and/or in-house at a Fortune 500 or leading tech company with significant client-facing experience.
•4+ years of direct people-management experience with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including hiring and performance management.
•Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders (partners, general counsel, C-suite).
•Deep understanding of legal workflows and how to drive adoption in modern legal teams.
