Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from inception to completion
  • •Oversee project scope, planning, budgets, execution, resource allocation, and closing of construction projects
  • •Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, RFPs, and submittals to support project bids
  • •Develop and maintain a risk register, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and manage permits/approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • •15+ years of construction project management experience with a focus on US construction
  • •Fluency in English and strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and best practices
  • •Proven experience managing a team of project managers and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • •Strong knowledge of RFP preparation/management and risk management (risk registers)
