Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure standards are met for staff uniforms, service/food quality, timeliness, guest relations, and cleanliness.
  • •Run daily pre-shift and motivational pre-shifts, including 100% table visits and direct interaction with trainers and trainees.
  • •Assist staff as needed, troubleshoot potential problems, and support scheduling, comps, liquor pulls, staffing changes, and end-of-shift server/bar checkout.
  • •Manage cash handling per policy, handle change requests, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and monitor labor cost/overtime.
  • •Enter liquor orders and manage bar inventory; partner with the special events department on event execution and accurate event accounting close-out.
