Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technician teams.
  • •Oversee installation and maintenance for residential, business, central office, and design services, including splicing activities.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact between CenturyLink and contractors to resolve construction and maintenance issues.
  • •Lead training, coaching, and development of employees on new processes, quality standards, customer contact, safety, expense control, and technical skills.
  • •Represent CenturyLink with customers and governmental agencies and collaborate with the union to support effective working relationships.
