Job Summary

Act as a strategic legal partner to support Fiserv’s growth in Colombia and the Caribbean. Advise business units on contracts, regulatory matters, commercial and financial issues, product and privacy, disputes, and employment topics. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, identify legal and regulatory risks, and propose compliant solutions. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel while supporting regional initiatives and ongoing operational legal support.

•Advise business units on contractual, regulatory, commercial, financial, product, privacy, litigation, and employment matters in Colombia and the Caribbean.
•Provide ongoing legal support for regional operations while managing a high volume of requests across local and international teams.
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documentation for products, services, and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
•Identify legal and regulatory risks, perform legal analyses, and propose solutions aligned with corporate policies and best practices.
•Partner with finance, HR, compliance, and communications teams to support strategic initiatives and business needs.

•8 years of experience analyzing regulatory frameworks and managing legal risk in Colombia.
•8 years of experience providing legal support to cross-functional teams in regional or international environments.
•8 years of experience using English and Spanish for negotiations, legal drafting, and executive advisory.
