Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA services for a specific client, ensuring contractual commitments and monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction. Lead crisis/disaster planning, manage outage/escalation and missed SLA incidents, and drive improvement plans. Partner with client executives to grow and expand services, present operational and strategic reviews at CXO levels, and manage revenue/cost/margin forecasts and account resource planning.

•Ensure end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA services for a specific client and adherence to contractual commitments.
•Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through interactions with key stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain crisis management/disaster plans; implement mitigation plans for at-risk deliverables.
•Manage outage/escalation/missed SLA incidents and drive automation/efficiency programs for repetitive tasks.
•Collaborate with client executives to grow services footprint and manage revenue/cost/margin forecasts and account resource ramp-up/ramp-down.
