Key Responsibilities

  • •Broker new and renewal business, handling all aspects of placements from initial market selection through policy delivery.
  • •Manage ongoing client service relationships for approximately 50 clients and ensure their needs are promptly and accurately satisfied.
  • •Maintain open communication with carriers, clients, producers, and internal partners, and communicate due dates, timelines, and expectations.
  • •Identify problems, summarize key issues, and develop strategic solutions while remaining informed on industry information and new products.
  • •Develop and maintain excellent carrier relationships and conduct employee, carrier, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently hold an insurance license (or obtain it within 3 months) and maintain it through continuing education requirements.
  • •Prior client servicing experience within Private Equity is preferred.
  • •A 4-year college degree or industry-specific designation is preferred.
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) and professional presentation abilities.
  • •High level of digital literacy, including proven understanding of Windows Suite.
