•Mentor and coach Business Operations Associates to support growth and training.
•Serve as Manager on Duty by directing workflow, resolving transaction questions, and addressing customer concerns.
•Delegate and monitor Business Office tasks to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with CarMax standards.
•Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining processes and answering questions clearly.
•Process and audit paperwork and manage cash operations, including deposits, safe handling, and security protocols.
