Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Vietnam’s strategic plans by analyzing market developments, opportunities and threats, and recommending key strategies.
  • •Drive strategy execution through annual prioritization and implementing a strategy PMO framework to improve execution discipline.
  • •Lead strategic dissemination of objectives across country and account levels to ensure alignment with organizational vision.
  • •Oversee monthly performance tracking via scorecards to improve accountability, strategic insight, and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales Excellence, Finance, People, and regional teams to manage planning, KPI monitoring, governance, and reporting for executive forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years’ experience in management consulting or a strategy function.
  • •Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry or retail strategy experience.
  • •Proven ability to independently structure and lead projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • •Strong executive communication skills, delivering compelling messages to senior managers and external partners.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, including sophisticated financial modelling and data management.
