Data Entry Specialist

Manage the administrative process for transferring vehicle ownership by processing, finalizing, and mailing customer registrations. Review paperwork for accuracy, update and maintain customer records, and input/cross-reference data across internal and external databases. Coordinate in-person and online document drop-offs with state and county licensing departments, working closely with the local DMV while supporting customer follow-up and keeping detailed notes in a tracking system.
