  • •Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
  • •Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and comply with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • •Provide clinical guidance and coaching/teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • •Administer and order medication and manage/oversight care while delivering clinical best practice; support CQC tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and take responsibility for the unit alongside clinical duties.
  • •Administer and order medication, review and evaluate individualised care plans, and deliver best practice continually.
  • •Maintain high clinical standards by ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high level.
  • •Provide clinical guidance to care teams and support CQC tasks.
  • •Demonstrate effective communication and reporting, including safe clinical handovers and strong critical thinking for night working if applicable.
