Job Summary

Design and engineer low-voltage (LV) power distribution and extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems for industrial facilities, process plants, and infrastructure projects. Coordinate ELV services such as structured cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and public address, and produce one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and installation drawings. Build 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D, run BIM coordination/clash detection, perform electrical calculations, and support construction, commissioning, and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and lay out LV power distribution systems for industrial facilities, process plants, and infrastructure buildings.
•Plan, design, and coordinate ELV systems (telecommunications, structured cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address, and control/monitoring) to meet project needs.
•Create LV/ELV documentation including one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, grounding systems, panel schedules, conduit/cable routing, and installation drawings.
•Perform electrical calculations and deliver technical documentation (load calculations, voltage drop analysis, short circuit studies, cable sizing, equipment selection) in line with applicable standards.
•Build and manage 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D, participate in clash detection/coordination, and support construction and commissioning activities (RFIs, testing, as-builts).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 4 years of professional experience in electrical design for LV power distribution and ELV systems for industrial, infrastructure, or building projects.
•Experience with LV distribution systems and industrial electrical installations, including ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, telecom, and structured cabling.
•Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD, MicroStation, and electrical calculation tools.
•Strong command of IEC/IEEE/ANSI/NFPA standards and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
