Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Develop and manage high-impact strategic partnerships to grow Clipboard Health's healthcare staffing marketplace. Build relationships with healthcare operators, REITs, law firms, technology vendors and industry associations; own end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing to launch and tracking; create mutual-value models (referrals, co-marketing, integrations, channel partnerships); attend industry events; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Product and Leadership to ensure commercial value and alignment.
