  • •Set up accounts and workstations; monitor systems performance and maintain systems per requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot system issues and outages; ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • •Upgrade systems with new releases and models; maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of related experience supporting network/range IT equipment and maintenance (US Army DRTS IT equipment/ranges preferred).
  • •Education: BA/BS or 4 years equivalent experience.
  • •Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security practices.
  • •Experience with US Army live-fire gunnery training, qualifications, Combined Arms Live Fire Exercises, and After-Action Review (AAR) capabilities.
  • •Must comply with DoD Pub 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical Level II; obtain CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA CySA+ or Cisco CCNA within 6 months of hire.
