Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a consistently positive client experience. Cross-trained in sales and service, you’ll support outbound calling, identify client needs and offers, and refer clients to appropriate teams. Educate customers on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Follow risk management, internal controls, and operational procedures, including helping with new account openings and issue resolution.
