Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee commercial and event strategy for shop visits in collaboration with the shop operations team to ensure commitment dates are met.
  • •Based on inspection results, determine the best actions to deliver optimal solutions for specific engine events while meeting customer demands.
  • •Build long-lasting customer relationships and enhance the repair station’s reputation.
  • •Monitor customer satisfaction, coordinate corrective actions when needed, and ensure customer requirements are communicated to facility representatives.
  • •Liaise with customers to manage a 3-month engine shop visit forecast (scheduled and unscheduled), meet ROCS KPIs, and lead selection, training, and mentoring of the team while using SAP and CRM systems.
