Supervise back-of-house operations as part of the store management team, helping deliver an energetic customer experience. Coach associates through sales training, resolve elevated consumer concerns with the right partners, and support onboarding and ongoing training on culture, product, service, loss prevention, and store programs. Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations, flex daily strategies with management, and lead the team when other leaders are absent.
