Lead apparel product development and commercialization by representing key suppliers and ensuring milestones and KPIs for physical and virtual product creation are achieved on time and to quality. Oversee transfer policies to protect product integrity, align physical output with approved virtual prototypes, and drive category capabilities across internal and supplier teams. Coach stakeholders, escalate unresolved issues, and work with manufacturers on technical process and technology upgrades.
