Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
  • •Perform additional vehicle prep tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • •Support reconditioning workflows before vehicles move to the next stage.
  • •Work safely using required protective equipment and procedures.
  • •Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
